KEYTURN SYSTEMS
Terms

Using this site, and working with us.

Short, because the important commitments are already published on the How we work page and they bind us.

What this site is

It describes what our firm does and how we work. Everything here is information, so nothing on this site forms a contract or a binding offer on its own.

The twelve questions

Answering them is free and puts you under no obligation. You get a personal readout from us, written after we read your answers. The readout is our honest opinion based on what you told us, and you are free to do nothing with it.

How engagements actually start

Real work begins only when we both sign a short written agreement that names the outcome, the price, what's included, and what isn't. The price agreed there is the price. If a conversation and an agreement ever disagree, the signed agreement governs.

What you own

Everything we build for you is yours: the systems, the documentation, the knowledge. That holds whether the engagement ends well, ends early, or simply ends. Anything you share with us to make the work possible stays yours too.

What we own

The writing, images, and design on this site belong to Keyturn Systems. You're welcome to quote us with attribution and a link. Please don't republish a page wholesale as your own.

Where our responsibility ends

The material on this site is general and cannot account for your specific situation, so it isn't legal, financial, or professional advice. Decisions you make from reading it are your own. Responsibility inside an engagement is set by the signed agreement for that engagement, and nothing on this page changes it.

Availability

We keep this site running and current, and occasionally it will be down or out of date anyway. Links to other sites are for convenience and we don't control what's on them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

If these terms change, the date below changes with them, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
