What we collect, and what we do with it.

We collect one thing on this site, and only when you hand it to us on purpose. Here is the whole of it, in plain language.

What we collect

If you answer the twelve questions, we receive your name, your company, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, your twelve answers, and anything you write in the final box. Nothing else. If you email us instead, we have your email and whatever you wrote in it.

Why we have it

To read your answers and write you a personal readout, and to reply if a conversation follows. That is the only reason it exists on our side.

What we will never do with it

Where it lives

Your answers are stored on our private server in the United States, reachable only by us. They are never published and never appear anywhere on this site.

Visitor statistics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where in the world they are. It tells us that a page is working or that nobody finds it, and it sets cookies to do that. It never tells us who you are, and we never connect it to your name or the answers you send us.

Your browser can block it. "Do Not Track", private browsing, and any ad blocker all stop it, and the site works exactly the same either way.

How long we keep it

We keep leads while there is a live conversation or a reasonable chance of one. Ask us to delete yours and we delete it, in full, and confirm when it's done.

Your say

Write to [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it removed. A person reads that inbox and will answer you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it, and the new version replaces this one on this page.
